If you have an insurance policy or plan that can help fund portions of or complete funding for you equipment needs, we can help process and streamline the process. We deal with all of the major insurance companies and know how to alleviate any stress associated with this process.
  1. The first step is to contact one of our representatives to help us understand all we can about your preliminary equipment requirements and insurance plan details.
  2. Next we will evaluate your needs and answer any and all of your questions or concerns.
  3. Setting up an appointment with an Occupational Therapist for a full evaluation is important to ensure the assessment and equipment selected are appropriate for the required use(s).
  4. Once the appropriate product(s) are selected and decided upon, the most difficult part of the process is over, leaving the quoting, invoicing, billing and delivery of equipment to be carried out.
